Pride & Prejudice Movie Fans Twitter Live Tweets on Twitter (Part 10)

Last Friday (January 22nd), Joe Wright's 2005 Pride & Prejudice movie starring Keira Knightley & Matthew Macfadyen was back on TV twice (back-to-back this time) for its second broadcast of the movie in 2016. It was shown on Oxygen channel twice at 7:50 pm and 10:55 pm. The last time it was shown on TV (on Oxygen) was earlier this month (January 6th). I watched the first airing, but didn't live tweet until the second airing at 10:55 pm ET. Again, my fellow P&P movie fan and twitter friend Rose Fairbanks joined me a bit on the live tweet fest of the movie (along with a few P&P movie fans who join in on the fun), and it was a lot of fun. I had so much fun! Thanks again Rose.


So glad Oxygen brought back (or rather used the US version of the movie) the Mrs. Darcy ending scene on both back-to-back airings of P&P movie last Friday night! They must have read/noticed P&P fans' complaints on twitter of the omitted American ending scene, lol...

I previously posted here: part 9, part 8, part 7, part 6, part 5, part 4 and part 3. Then, I posted part 2 of this when it aired back-to-back on Bravo and had first posted about this last May 24th, when it aired twice on Oxygen. I guess this will be a series of posts whenever this movie is broadcast on TV (but of course, it depends, If and when I get a chance to see and live tweet it). Last Friday night, I watched both airings of P&P movie on Oxygen. However, I didn't live tweet it until its encore and on its second viewing (at 10:55 pm).


So, yes, I watched it both times, but only live tweeted it at 10:55 pm until about almost 3 am! As usual, I had so much fun with other P&P fans who live tweeted and even stayed up until the second airing of this movie ended to watch this movie over again (with all 3 of these hashtags: #pandp2005, #Pride&Prejudice, and #PrideandPrejudice and even ) on Twitter, and to watch and live tweet at the same time with fellow fans of this movie...
As aforementioned here before, if you check these P&P hashtags: #Pride&Prejudice and #PrideandPrejudice, it's amazing that P&P fans of this movie will always watch this movie twice (if it's on back-to-back) or more, even very late at night and early into the wee hours of the morning, and even if they've seen the movie countless times (as I did), they're exhausted and sleepy...yet they'll still watch and live tweet about it as if they've never seen it before. That's how awesome, relatable, never outdated, and never gets old this beautiful movie version of P&P is, even a decade later it is still very much watchable, entertaining, relevant, and never goes out of style as the first time of seeing it.

Today ( January 27th ) is the lovely and ethereally beautiful,  Golden Globe ,  BAFTA , Academy Award nominee  for  Best Actress  (for her outstanding performance as  Amy Dunne  in  Gone Girl ) and Emmy Award winner  Rosamund Pike  (aka  Pride & Prejudice 2005 's very own  Jane Bennet )'s  42nd Birthday ! Or is it?!?! Miss Pike herself just posted on her official Instagram page that today is her internet birthday (and somewhat not her real birthday)! Well, color me surprised (much like her P&P co-star Rupert Friend’s birthday confusion...) as I’ve been celebrating her birthday on this day for years, lol. I blame her IMDB and Wiki pages for not providing her real birthdate, if her actual birthday is, in fact not today! Although there’s that one time it was listed on the 28th, but for years and even now it’s still listed as the 27th! Which is correct?  Unless, Miss Pike can clarify and correct that..for now, I’ll continue to celebrate her internet birthday today! Still,

Top 10 Favorite Pride & Prejudice Movie Quotes

Our P&P (2005) movie's 10th Year Anniversary event here continues... One of the many things I love about Pride & Prejudice ( 2005 ) movie is the memorable and quotable quotes (and dialogue ). I know pretty much every line/quote uttered by various characters in this movie by heart. There isn't just one to remember because there are so many unforgettable quotes and one-liners from this movie. For my Top 10 Favorite Pride & Prejudice Movie Quotes here, it was very hard to pick and just narrow it down to 10, but that's the point of making a top 10 list. I know I left out a lot, but I managed to pick 10 that I can quote instantly and love the most. Obviously, the top 2 are a fan favorite, but mine too. P&P Movie Script

I was looking through old threads over at IMDB a while back and I found a link to the P&P 2005 movie script ... from an awesome JA/P&P fanfiction related site called, Mrs. Darcy's Story Site . I've read the entire script from this site. It seemed accurate with deleted scenes included! (though there were spelling errors on some of the lines...just a lil' typo here and there)... Btw, the webmistress at Mrs. Darcy's site has added her comments to the script comparing this draft with what was actually released on film , which I thought was quite interesting (especially the deleted scenes from the movie ). It was a lot of fun to read. I thought I would keep the link and post it here (a lil' excerpt here) for those of you might be interested in reading this or have been looking for the P&P movie script/transcript online.
