The 16th annual Moët British Independent Film Awards were announced Monday, November 11th. Rupert Friend 's indie film Starred Up scored 8 BIFA nominations including a Best Supporting Actor nod for Rupert . Meanwhile, Stephen Frears '  Philomena , starring Judi Dench , Anna Maxwell Martin , and Steve Coogan received 4 BIFA nominations including Best Actress for Dame Judi Dench .
