The 2017 Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) has announced the first slate of their film galas and special presentations for 2017. Five of those films announced are from director  Joe Wright 's upcoming film Darkest Hour , Victoria & Abdul starring  Judi Dench ,  Mudbound with  Carey Mulligan   co-starring, Breathe with  Tom Hollander  co-starring, and The Current War with  Matthew Macfadyen  co-starring. Focus Features has released a poster , promo   still  (of Judi Dench as Victoria ), and the first trailer for Victoria & Abdul starring Dame  Judi Dench , who reprises her Oscar Nominated Queen Victoria role from her Mrs. Brown film. The film also stars Adeel Akhtar , Simon Callow , Michael Gambon , Eddie Izzard , Ruth McCabe , Tim Pigott-Smith , Julian Wadham , Olivia Williams , and  Fenella Woolgar . Victoria & Abdul opens in select theaters on September 22nd and expands to more theaters on September 29th . Watch the V&A trailer below...
