The 2015 Oscar Nominations were announced (one of the announcers was Chris Pine , KK 's Jack Ryan costar) very early in the morning (5:30 am PT/8:30 ET),  and I'm very glad my Bennet girls   Rosamund Pike   and   Keira Knightley  made it in, in their acting categories and got Oscar nominated for Best Actress ( Rosamund Pike ) and Best Supporting Actress ( Keira Knightley , her second! First was Best Actress for Pride & Prejudice , almost a decade ago, of course) as they should be. Gone Girl , however, only got one nomination ! *shocking!* (and that was for Miss Pike only, which I'm glad she wasn't snubbed 'cause that would be just... #OMGICantEvenKnow (I was almost worried for her, lol...which I already was after the snubs of GG in other categories. That's unfortunate that  GG film was almost completely shutout, except for RP . I was hoping, but not expecting, at least a 5 nominations for GG including Best Picture , Best Adapted Screen...

The 2014 awards season continues with another nominations for Gone Girl and The Imitation Game , both films garnered numerous other nominations including SAG and Golden Globe Awards last week. This morning, the  Broadcast Film Critics Association’s 20th Annual  Critics Choice Movie Awards announced its nominations and both  Gone Girl  with  Rosamund Pike  ( with Best Actress nomination) and  The Imitation Game  with  Keira Knightley   (with Best Supporting Actress nomination)  scored 6 nominations each! Also, Keira 's "Lost Stars" song from her other film,  Begin Again  is nominated for Best Song along with Lorde 's "Yellow Flicker Beat" for   The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1 ( Donald Sutherland   as  President Snow  and  Jena Malone   as  Johanna Mason  co-star)  with Jennifer Lawrence getting a Best Actress in an Action Movie for MJ-Part 1 as well. The Screen Actors Guild ( SAG ) Award Nominations were just announced this morning and some P&P (2005) actors are nominated! Woohoo! for the Bennet girls getting their first SAG nominations!!!  Rosamund Pike  is nominated for Outstanding Performance by   Female Actor in a Leading Role (for Gone Girl , unfortunately, that's the only nomination for this film, but I'm glad they didn't snubbed Rosamund !) and  Keira Knightley   for Outstanding Performance by   Female  Actor in a  Supporting Role (for  The Imitation Game , which also received two other nods for co-star Benedict Cumberbatch for acting and film's ensemble cast )! Also,   Penelope Wilton   ( Downton Abbey , with  Dame Maggie Smith getting her usual Acting nod) and  Rupert Friend   ( Homeland , with co-star Claire Danes and series ensemble cast nod) for their nominations each as part of their shows'  Ensemble Cast  in TV Dramas! Looks like we'll be seeing not just one or two, but perhaps all  five Bennet girls on either the small or mostly big screen this year of 2014 as all of them has at least one, a few, or more movies they starred/co-starred in, that are featured in various film sites with lists of most anticipated films of 2014 and are slated for mid to late 2014 release (with some already having official scheduled release dates in bold below...and others to be announced and awaiting theatrical releases.
