 At Netflix's big UK Showcase event earlier last week, Netflix confirmed the release date for Season 2 of  Keira Knightley 's hit spy thriller series,  Black Doves . 

Matthew Macfadyen  is reuniting and lead starring with his Little Dorrit co-star Claire Foy in the small screen adaptation of David Nicholls romance You Are Here .  The eight-part BBC and Starz series, following the undeniable attraction between characters Michael and Marnie, is based on Nicholls' best-selling novel of the same name. Carey Mulligan   and her recent Netflix's Beef  ( Season 2 ) series received a total of 16 Primetime Emmy nominations including two nods for Carey. She's nominated for  Outstanding Lead Actress in a Limited or Anthology Series and for Outstanding Limited or Anthology Series  (as one of the executive producers of the series’ season 2)! 

Great news for  The Other Bennet Sister  ( starring Ella Bruccoleri)  fans of the series ahead of its last episode (10) drop today, as according to Variety , its coming back on BBC and BritBox for a 3-part Christmas Special to celebrate its viewers and ratings success.  Read more info. via Variety below...

Paramount+ just renewed    Kelly Reilly 's new hit series, Dutton Ranch (a spinoff series from Yellowstone ) for a second season as 2 more episodes are yet to air for the current season. It scored a 12.9 million global viewers (on its first 7 days, marking the original series' launch in the streaming flatform's history) after its debut on Paramount+ last month ( May 15, 2026 ). The series also debut at 2.9 million total viewers during its two-episode debut on Paramount's network, making it the biggest cable series premiere per a press release.

Ahead of its North American BritBox streaming premiere, which is today (June 24),  A Woman of Substance (based on the novel by Barbara Taylor Bradford) series ( 8 Episodes ) starring Brenda Blethyn and Jessica Reynolds  has been renewed for a second season in UK's Channel 4! Some first look photos of the upcoming BBC and BritBox ten part-series  The Other Bennet Sister   (starring  Ella Bruccoleri ), which   is a fresh spin around the ballroom for one of Jane Austen’s most unassuming characters:  Mary Bennet has been released! No premiere date has been announced yet, but it will be sometime in 2026. The Other Bennet Sister  is coming soon on BritBox TV in the U.S. and Canada & BBC iPlayer in the UK!

Two new stills  (via Matthew Macfadyen Daily on Instagram ) have been released, giving us the first look for the upcoming Peacock comedy-drama, The Miniature Wife starring  Matthew Macfadyen  and Elizabeth Banks . Sky has acquired the series ahead of MIPCOM. It will air on Sky and Now in 2026. Peacock will stream 10 (60 minutes) episodes in the U.S. in 2026. No premiere set date has been announced yet. Matthew will attend an exclusive screening and Q&A  presentation for the show at MIPCOM in Cannes next week, October 13, 2025. Marriage gets hilariously complicated in The Miniature Wife, when Elizabeth Banks (Pitch Perfect, The Hunger Games) is unexpectedly shrunk in a technological mishap, much to the surprise of her husband, played by Matthew Macfadyen (Succession). Domestic life takes a turn for the perfectly mismatched pair, as their day-to-day turns into a razor-sharp battle for power.
