Keira Knightley  &  Matthew Macfadyen  both attended this week's London Fashion Week 2026 . Unfortunately, not at the same LFW show as Keira attended Erdem’s fall 2026 collection show this past Sunday ( February 22, 2026 ) while Matthew attended Burberry’s Winter 2026 Show , Monday ( February 23, 2026 ). Still, it’s great to see them out and about at LFW this week. 

Netflix has released today a first look of Emma Corrin 's Elizabeth Bennet and Jack Lowden 's Mr. Darcy in the first teaser trailer of the upcoming six-part limited series adaptation of Jane Austen 's Pride and Prejudice . Today,  February 20th , is the 80th birthday  of  two-time Academy Award Nominee   Brenda Blethyn , best known to us  P&P fans  as  Mrs. Bennet , the five  Bennet girls '  mother  in the 2005  Pride & Prejudice  film. Known for her character work and versatility, she is the recipient of various accolades, including a Golden Globe, a BAFTA, and a Cannes Film Festival Award, as well as nominations for two Academy Awards and two Primetime Emmys. She was appointed Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) for services to drama in 2003. (via Wiki) After several decades of hard work on stage and both television and films, there are not many other actresses who deserved the success, recognition and stardom which  Brenda Blethyn  has now achieved. Two new upcoming Pride and Prejudice related limited series are coming sometime soon or later this year. The Bennet Sister (BBC/BritBox) and Netflix's own Pride and Prejudice adaptation. No premiere dates have been announced yet for either, but as soon as they are, I'll post an update here.  For now, read more info. of each P&P related screening adaptations below...

Keira Knightley   to reunite with former Pride & Prejudice co-star  Simon Woods , who will be directing her in his first feature film, a dark comedy “ The Worst ” with Alicia Vikander and Jaime Dornan joining the cast! Fun Facts: There’s actually a triple reunion here (see collage below), Keira & Simon (aka Miss Elizabeth Bennet and Mr. Bingley in P&P 2005 movie), Keira and Alicia Vikander (aka Anna Karenina and Kitty Shcherbatskaya in AK 2012 movie), and Keira and Jaime Dornan were an ex-couple in real-life (they reportedly dated way back from 2003-2005). Peacock has released a teaser trailer for  Matthew Macfadyen 's upcoming l0-episode series , The Miniature Wife with Elizabeth Banks playing the title character. According to Deadline ,  Matthew Macfadyen  has joined Rachel Weisz in Tomas Alfredson and Jack Thorne's " Seance On A Wet Afternoon " adaptation.  The film, which was scripted by Jack Thorne (Adolescence), is currently in production. Read more below (per Deadline )...
