Watch: Keira Knightley & Matthew Macfadyen in first teaser trailer for Disney's The Nutcracker And The Four Realms!

Earlier this month, I posted about the first photo of Keira Knightley as Sugar Plum Fairy (from the Land of Sweets ) with co-star Mackenzie Foy as Clara (see her other still here ) in Disney's The Nutcracker and the Four Realms has been released via Entertainment Weekly . Now, Disney has released the first teaser trailer and it included Matthew Macfadyen (as Mr. Stahlbaum , Clara's father) along with Keira and the others. The live-action remake is set for US Theatrical Release on November 2, 2018 . Also starring Helen Mirren, Morgan Freeman, and Misty Copeland. Happy 242nd Birthday to the lovely, genius and way ahead of her time, beloved English novelist, the one and only, JANE AUSTEN ! Worth re-posting every year (and slightly edited and updated) for your FYI... Remembering and celebrating her birthday today, Jane Austen , the woman who wrote the original Pride and Prejudice novel (which had been made into several TV and Film adaptations including the 2005 film, Pride & Prejudice ), which was her first (can you believe unsuccessful ?!) submission to a publisher back in 1797 ( 219 years ago) titled "First Impressions" (later changed to "Pride and Prejudice" ). She revised " First Impressions " and published it entitled " Pride and Prejudice " in 1813 ( 204 years ago, 11 months ago this year!).

Born  Judith Olivia Dench ,   December 9 ,  1934  in  York, North Yorkshire, England, UK . Happy Birthday Dame Judi Dench!!! Worth re-posting... Academy Award Winner  (for  Best Supporting Actress  in  Shakespeare in Love )  Miss Dench  is one of the busiest English actresses around and has done countless of films (ie.  Bond Films ,  As Time Goes By  tv series,  Mrs. Henderson Presents  with  P&P co-star   Kelly Reilly ,  Shakespeare In Love ,  Ladies In Lavender , and many other made for TV movies and feature films...too many to list here, just check out her  IMDB filmography ) throughout her very long acting career, but to us  P&P movie fans , she will always be known as the proud and domineering...

First Look: Keira Knightley in title role Colette

Another first look has been released (above photo by Robert Viglasky via Sundance Institute) of Keira Knightley , this time in her other upcoming film Colette , in which she stars with Dominic West . Keira plays the title role as a French novelist, Colette , overcomes an abusive marriage to emerge as a leading writer in her country and a candidate for the Nobel Prize in Literature. The film will world premiere at the 2018 Sundance Film Festival in mid January 2018 . Read more info. and synopsis below...

Matthew Macfadyen and Hayley Atwell 's  4-part Limited Series , Howards End just wrapped its UK airing (which premiered last November 12th) on BBC One this past weekend! Now, the US trailer ( See Howards End: Trailer - BBC One here ) has been released from Starz, who will be airing this miniseries in April 2018 ! The  Howards End limited series will premiere in the U.S. on Starz Spring 2018 . Watch the HE Starz trailer below!

First Look: Keira Knightley as Sugar Plum Fairy in The Nutcracker and the Four Realms!

A first photo of Keira Knightley as Sugar Plum Fairy (from the Land of Sweets ) with co-star Mackenzie Foy as Clara (see her other still here ) in Disney's The Nutcracker and the Four Realms has been released via Entertainment Weekly . The live-action remake is set for US Theatrical Release on November 2, 2018 , the studio announced and confirmed with a teaser trailer (hopefully, it'll be released online soon!) during its D23 Expo 2017 (last July 15th). The Nutcracker and the Four Realms also starring Matthew Macfadyen (as Mr. Stahlbaum), Helen Mirren, Morgan Freeman, and Misty Copeland. Check out the first look and EW article below...
