celebrates 3 Years Online!

Three years ago today (May 29th) at exactly 7:16 PM, I started this blog as just an archived for P&P movie news and articles...and now 3 years later, this blog has expanded to a much bigger and frequently updated blog with all things Pride & Prejudice (esp. the 2005 film and its actors/cast and their film projects' news and more) and Jane Austen related news/articles. I must say, It's been a lot of fun blogging all bout all things P&P here. I didn't even realized till now that it's been 3 years already since I started this. I guess, time flies when you're having so much fun, lol.


Thanks to everyone especially to all the daily visitors, readers, blogger friends, blog followers/readers, subscribers, contributors (thanks a lot to all my friends over at P&P '05 Forum esp. Liz, Stephie, JW, Kate, Mary Bennet (aka Michelle) and these 3 multi-talented ladies: Antonella, Rachel and Giulia/Eowyn for all your help on the previous arts/banners used here in this blog and at the forum. I love, appreciate, and can't thank the 3 of you enough for your beautiful arts/wallpapers/P&P videos contributions to our lil' P&P fan forum/community), to all the commenters (I appreciated all of you who left comments on various topics/news posted here), a very special thanks to my very good friend for guest blogging and for the fun interviews here in this blog in the past couple of years or so. Also, thanks a lot another good friend Bonnie Mae and her awesome cast (Caleb Grusing, Maia Petee, Mark Mook, Christina LaFon, Ashley Douglas, Christina Rizzo, Shannon Urban, James Hawthorn, and AC Earing) of her independent feature film, Pride and Prejudice (2010) for all the fun Q&A/interviews and all the exclusive news/scoops about the new P&P film, and most of all, thanks to all the P&P fans around the world who are fans of this amazingly beautiful film, of course, and all the P&P cast/actors featured on this blog (ie. Keira Knightley, Matthew Macfadyen, Rosamund Pike, Jena Malone, Carey Mulligan, Talulah Riley, Rupert Friend, Kelly Reilly, Brenda Blethyn, and Donald Sutherland to name some of the main and supporting cast as well as director Joe Wright) ...for without you all (and some of you along the way), this Blog wouldn't have started and made it this far.

Thank you all so much!

I look forward to continue blogging here and bring you all the latest news and articles of the P&P '05 actors and their upcoming film projects as well as anything P&P/JA related news and articles.

Today ( January 27th ) is the lovely and ethereally beautiful,  Golden Globe ,  BAFTA , Academy Award nominee  for  Best Actress  (for her outstanding performance as  Amy Dunne  in  Gone Girl ) and Emmy Award winner  Rosamund Pike  (aka  Pride & Prejudice 2005 's very own  Jane Bennet )'s  42nd Birthday ! Or is it?!?! Miss Pike herself just posted on her official Instagram page that today is her internet birthday (and somewhat not her real birthday)! Well, color me surprised (much like her P&P co-star Rupert Friend’s birthday confusion...) as I’ve been celebrating her birthday on this day for years, lol. I blame her IMDB and Wiki pages for not providing her real birthdate, if her actual birthday is, in fact not today! Although there’s that one time it was listed on the 28th, but for years and even now it’s still listed as the 27th! Which is correct?  Unless, Miss Pike can clarify and correct that..for now, I’ll continue to celebrate her internet birthday today! Still,

Top 10 Favorite Pride & Prejudice Movie Quotes

Our P&P (2005) movie's 10th Year Anniversary event here continues... One of the many things I love about Pride & Prejudice ( 2005 ) movie is the memorable and quotable quotes (and dialogue ). I know pretty much every line/quote uttered by various characters in this movie by heart. There isn't just one to remember because there are so many unforgettable quotes and one-liners from this movie. For my Top 10 Favorite Pride & Prejudice Movie Quotes here, it was very hard to pick and just narrow it down to 10, but that's the point of making a top 10 list. I know I left out a lot, but I managed to pick 10 that I can quote instantly and love the most. Obviously, the top 2 are a fan favorite, but mine too. P&P Movie Script

I was looking through old threads over at IMDB a while back and I found a link to the P&P 2005 movie script ... from an awesome JA/P&P fanfiction related site called, Mrs. Darcy's Story Site . I've read the entire script from this site. It seemed accurate with deleted scenes included! (though there were spelling errors on some of the lines...just a lil' typo here and there)... Btw, the webmistress at Mrs. Darcy's site has added her comments to the script comparing this draft with what was actually released on film , which I thought was quite interesting (especially the deleted scenes from the movie ). It was a lot of fun to read. I thought I would keep the link and post it here (a lil' excerpt here) for those of you might be interested in reading this or have been looking for the P&P movie script/transcript online.
