2017 Jane Austen Festival in Louisville, Kentucky
Pride & Prejudice/Jane Austen Fans, mark your calendars! The 9th Annual Jane Austen Festival will be July 14-16, 2017 in Louisville, Kentucky. If you're interested in attending this year's festival, you'll have plenty of time to plan and schedule your trip to Louisville. In honor of the 200th Year Anniversary of Jane Austen's death (which was July 18th, 1817), there will be a Regency Mourning Procession, which you can join on Saturday, July 15th.
NOTE: You do not have to be a member of the Jane Austen Society to attend the Festival.

A Regency style show, Regency Emporium, Regency Fashion Display, Four Course Afternoon Tea ($25), a Children’s Tea, Grand Ball ($25), Workshops, a Duel Between Gentleman, Bare Knuckle Boxing Demonstration, Archery Demonstration, Bobbin Lace Making Demonstration, an encampment of His Majesty’s Royal Navy, Lord Nelson and Napoleon (Friday only), a Punch & Judy show as well as tours of the 1790s Georgian home and more!
