Today (October 1st) is the 35th birthday of Emmy Award Nominee Rupert Friend (aka P&P 05's own Mr. Wickham). Rupert was born Rupert William Anthony Friend on October 1st, 1981 in Oxfordshire, England, UK.

Rupert is currently on the mend after his injury on set (as according to People.com, Homeland Season 6 Production Delayed After Rupert Friend Injured). He is seen on TV weekly in the 10th-time Emmy Award and 5-time Golden Globe winning drama series Homeland (Season 6), which will premiere its upcoming Sixth Season in January 15, 2017 at 9PM ET/PT on Showtime. He plays agent Peter Quinn, which he scored an Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Guest Actor. Rupert, officially joined Twitter (in 2013): @rupertfriend and blogs on WhoSay.  He's on Facebook and Instagram too. A multi-talented actor/writer/director (he can sing too! Watch him sing in Mrs. Palfrey and listen to him sing in Lullaby movies!), Rupert has two short films (he co-wrote and co-produced) titled The Suicide Brothers (2010 with Keira Knightley and Tom Mison co-starred with him) and Steve (2011) starring Colin Firth, Keira Knightley, and Tom Mison), which he also wrote, co-produced, and directed. As for his acting and movies, for those of you looking for a movie starring RF in a bigger, leading male role where he plays the good guy (handsome and charming too), check out and see Rupert in The Young Victoria (as Prince Albert) with Emily Blunt and Mrs Palfrey at The Claremont (as Ludovic Meyer...see a video clip of him singing below...one of my favorite scenes with him in the movie). I highly recommend you check out and see RF in these two great films. You'll love him, he was amazing in both films! But if you prefer the bad boy type of roles he played (and quite convincingly as well...he's such a very good, underrated, and versatile character actor!)... then, watch him in his small (and still memorable) supporting roles in films like Pride & Prejudice (2005) as unlikable Mr. Wickham and The Boy in the Striped Pajamas as the bad boy jerk Liutenant Kotler.

Today ( January 27th ) is the lovely and ethereally beautiful,  Golden Globe ,  BAFTA , Academy Award nominee  for  Best Actress  (for her outstanding performance as  Amy Dunne  in  Gone Girl ) and Emmy Award winner  Rosamund Pike  (aka  Pride & Prejudice 2005 's very own  Jane Bennet )'s  42nd Birthday ! Or is it?!?! Miss Pike herself just posted on her official Instagram page that today is her internet birthday (and somewhat not her real birthday)! Well, color me surprised (much like her P&P co-star Rupert Friend’s birthday confusion...) as I’ve been celebrating her birthday on this day for years, lol. I blame her IMDB and Wiki pages for not providing her real birthdate, if her actual birthday is, in fact not today! Although there’s that one time it was listed on the 28th, but for years and even now it’s still listed as the 27th! Our P&P (2005) movie's 10th Year Anniversary event here continues... One of the many things I love about Pride & Prejudice ( 2005 ) movie is the memorable and quotable quotes (and dialogue ). I know pretty much every line/quote uttered by various characters in this movie by heart. There isn't just one to remember because there are so many unforgettable quotes and one-liners from this movie. For my Top 10 Favorite Pride & Prejudice Movie Quotes here, it was very hard to pick and just narrow it down to 10, but that's the point of making a top 10 list. I know I left out a lot, but I managed to pick 10 that I can quote instantly and love the most. Obviously, the top 2 are a fan favorite, but mine too. P&P Movie Script

I was looking through old threads over at IMDB a while back and I found a link to the P&P 2005 movie script ... from an awesome JA/P&P fanfiction related site called, Mrs. Darcy's Story Site . I've read the entire script from this site. It seemed accurate with deleted scenes included! (though there were spelling errors on some of the lines...just a lil' typo here and there)... Btw, the webmistress at Mrs. Darcy's site has added her comments to the script comparing this draft with what was actually released on film , which I thought was quite interesting (especially the deleted scenes from the movie ). It was a lot of fun to read. I thought I would keep the link and post it here (a lil' excerpt here) for those of you might be interested in reading this or have been looking for the P&P movie script/transcript online.
