This morning, the nominations for 2015 Tony Awards has been announced and Carey's currently playing revival play Skylight, which was recently transferred to Broadway from the West End in London just scored a total of 7 nominations including Best Revival Play and Best Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role in a Play for Miss Mulligan.

"I couldn't be more thrilled for our cast, incredible director and ingenious creative team. I watched my first Broadway play at 14 and pictured myself up on that stage. For it not only to become a reality but then to be so generously and warmly accepted by this community is nothing short of a dream come true and is truly humbling."

Matthew Beard, Skylight
Best Scenic Design of a Play
Bob Crowley, Skylight
