Interview With The Vampire author Anne Rice, whose new book, Prince Lestat (The Vampire Chronicles) just had a midnight launch Wednesday October 29th at the British Library in the UK. Good Morning, People of the Page in America and in the United Kingdom. Here's a clip of Matthew Macfadyen reading "Blood Genesis" from "Prince Lestat." Thanks to all of you wonderful UK readers who attended the midnight event at the British Library, where this reading took place, and thanks so much to all of you for posting about it on the page, and sharing the experience with me and others here. I so wish I could have been there. I love Matthew Macfadyen and always have --- from MI-5, Ripper Street, Pillars of the Earth, and Pride and Prejudice. What a joy it is for me that he has done this reading from my work.
