Joe Wright directs Brad Pitt in new ad campaign for Chanel’s iconic No. 5 perfume
According to Marie Claire, Brad Pitt (with Joe Wright on the Chanel set photo above ^, photo By Sam Taylor-Wood for CHANEL via WWD) is the first man to ever front a campaign for Chanel’s iconic No. 5 perfume and the groundbreaking advert will debut this month mid-October.
Speaking of Joe Wright, directing Brad Pitt in a Chanel commercial, not only did he helmed Keira Knightley in 3 films, their own literary trilogy: Pride & Prejudice, Atonement, and the upcoming film Anna Karenina, he also previously directed her in two Chanel videos, the TV commercials (2007 and 2011) for Chanel's Coco Mademoiselle campaign and Women's Aid - Domestic Violence Ad 2009 PSA commercial.
