This ultimate collector’s release includes the soundtrack’s long-awaited return to vinyl, pressed on extremely limited-edition “First Light” blue-and-pink swirl vinyl, available exclusively in this package. Housed in a custom linen-textured ‘book box’ with a new cover illustration and an array of additional material - including essays, illustrations, and photographs - it’s the perfect keepsake to mark two decades of the iconic film and soundtrack.

Dario Marianelli’s beloved score for Joe Wright’s 2005 film adaptation -starring Keira Knightley and Matthew Macfadyen - is performed by acclaimed pianist Jean-Yves Thibaudet and the English Chamber Orchestra. Nominated for an Academy Award and two World Soundtrack Awards, and newly certified Gold by the RIAA, the soundtrack continues to enchant a new generation of listeners.

Well, color me surprised (much like her P&P co-star Rupert Friend’s birthday confusion...) as I’ve been celebrating her birthday on this day for years, lol. 'Pride & Prejudice Country' Pride & Prejudice (2005) film stars Keira Knightley , Matthew Macfadyen , Brenda Blethyn , Donald Sutherland , Tom Hollander , Rosamund Pike , Jena Malone , and Judi Dench . Travel to destinations featured in Pride & Prejudice Movies are often an inspiration for travelers, especially when the location is as beautiful as the English countryside. The fact that the East Midlands region of England was used extensively for location filming for Pride and Prejudice is especially fitting given that Jane Austen drew on the Derbyshire landscape for some of her most descriptive passages in the novel. Austen's descriptions of the county refer to there being "no finer county in England than Derbyshire", and feature "all the celebrated beauties of Matlock, Chatsworth, Dovedale, and the Peak".
