Netflix just released some first look images including two of  Matthew Macfadyen  as Charles Guiteau in the upcoming Netflix limited series, “ Death by Lightning .” No actual premiere date, but it said to be coming later this year on Netflix. A first look (via Netflix) of  Keira Knightley   in her new film, The Woman in Cabin 10 is coming to Netflix this Fall 2025.  During the streamer’s Next on Netflix event, they unveiled the first photo of Keira on her upcoming film slated for a Fall 2025 premiere! 

Focus Features has unveiled today,  The Official Pride & Prejudice 20th Anniversary Collection Merchandise (see collage above), which is now available to shop at their Merch store here  to celebrate the 2005 Pride & Prejudice film's 20th anniversary later this year (September 16 in the UK and November 11 in the U.S.). The official P&P 20th anniversary collection featured 10 Pride & Prejudice designed items such as Mr. Darcy's hand-flex pin , Elizabeth & Darcy candle set , the Excellent Boiled Potatoes candle ,  No Money, No Prospect ( Charlotte Lucas ) Crop Top shirt , sticket set , wine tumbler , and anniversary tote bag to name some. Tamzin Merchant  (aka Pride & Prejudice 2005 's very own Miss Georgiana Darcy ) celebrated the 212th anniversary of  Jane Austen 's timeless masterpiece,  Pride and Prejudice  novel at the Jane Austen House Museum in Chawton, Hampshire (UK) yesterday, January 28th . She shared on her Instagram page (see below) some photos (including one above) from her magical tour of the house and was interviewed by BBC Breakfast. Check out her IG post below...

Happy 𝟐𝟏2𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐣𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐞! On this day,  January 28th  (in 1813), Jane Austen 's timeless classic  Pride and Prejudice  novel (in 3 volumes: 📕📗📘 and originally titled  First Impressions ), was first published!

Today ( January 27th ) is the lovely and ethereally beautiful,  Golden Globe award winner (for her performance in Netflix's I Care A Lot movie),  BAFTA ,  Academy Award nominee  for  Best Actress  (for her outstanding performance as  Amy Dunne  in  Gone Girl ) and  Emmy Award  winner  Rosamund Pike  (aka  Pride & Prejudice 2005 's very own  Jane Bennet )'s  46th Birthday ! Or is it?!?! ;-)

A first look stills of  Rosamund Pike  in one of her upcoming films, Hollow Road , which she co-stars with Matthew Rhys was released via Deadline. BBC and Masterpiece PBS both has released the trailer for   Miss Austen  starring  Keeley Hawes  (aka  Matthew Macfadyen ’s real-life wife) as Miss  Cassandra Austen , (Jane’s older sister), which will air in  four episodes  in the U.S. on MASTERPIECE on PBS starting  Sunday, May 4, 2025 ,  9/8c . In the UK, it’ll air on BBC iplayer and BBC early next month on February 2, 2025!  The timing for this is great as  2025  also marks  250 years  since  Jane Austen  was born. Focus Features has released the trailer for  Carey Mulligan 's  upcoming film, The Ballad of Wallis Island , which she co-produced and it will be premiering at Sundance Film Festiva l on January 23, 2025 . It’ll be in theaters March 28 ! Watch the trailer and read more info. below...

Tonight  Keira Knightley  (in Chanel) attends the 82nd Annual Golden Globe Awards at The Beverly Hilton (January 05, 2025) in Beverly Hills, California. Unfortunately, Keira didn’t win. She was nominated for Best Television Female  Actor - Drama Series for her Netflix series, Black Doves . It was her 4th nomination,  with her Best Actress nomination for Pride & Prejudice,  being her first one!
