Now showing in U.S. Theaters (limited) today is  Carey Mulligan 's new film (from Focus Features),   The Ballad of Wallis Island , which she co-produced.   National Theatre Live has announced that the upcoming production of Inter Alia  starring  Rosamund Pike  (artwork photo above by National Theatre) in her national theatre debut, will broadcast live to cinemas across the UK on September 4. Then, it’ll be released worldwide in Cinemas on September 25.

A third  Downton Abbey  film will apparently be its final one of the DA trilogy with a new title, Downton Abbey: The Grand Finale   with most of the original cast returning including   Penelope Wilton  as   Isobel Crawley  (aka  Lady Merton ). Focus Features has released the first poster with a tagline: “The time has come to say goodbye” featuring Lady Mary (see above ^ in the familiar halls of Downtown Abbey for the last time) with a US Theater release date of September 12, 2025.

Today  ( March 26th ) is the  two-time   Academy Award ®  Nominee  (for  Best Actress performance  of her   iconic role,  Elizabeth Bennet  in the  2005 's  Pride & Prejudice   film and  Best Supporting Actress  as  Joan Clarke  for  2014 's  The Imitation Game ) and recent Golden Globe and Critics Choice Award Nominee (for  Best Actress  in Netflix’s Black Doves )  Keira Knightley 's 40th   Birthday!

I've compiled here a list of countries (including the U.S.) that will be showing Pride & Prejudice (2005) film's 20th Anniversary Event in April 2025 (May, June, July, August, September, October, and November 2025) . Carey Mulligan  is reflecting very fondly on her first feature film role (as Kitty Bennet ) in Pride & Prejudice (2005), which is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year. She did a new interview on IndieWire to promote her upcoming film,   The Ballad of Wallis Island , which will be opening in limited theater release next Friday , March 28 . She came full circle with Focus Features, first on her first film, P&P and now her new film, The Ballad of Wallis Island. A mini  Pride & Prejudice/Bennet Sisters reunion with  Keira Knightley   and  Rosamund Pike  finally took place yesterday as there’s a new picture of them (courtesy of Liberty via Women’s Wear Daily) attending an event with their stylist.

Focus Features just announced this morning that the  2005 Pride & Prejudice   film will be returning to the big screen for its 20th anniversary celebration with a nationwide US theater release beginning on April 20th (actually, it starts earlier from April 18-23 ). In addition to that, a new poster (see above) and teaser trailer (see below) for the movie was released to promote the re-release. Plus, the movie's original soundtrack is going to have a vinyl re-release to celebrate the soundtrack's 20th anniversary. It is planned to be released in multi formats this Spring. A few new promotional including two solo character posters featuring Rosamund Pike  as  Moiraine Damodred  was released for the upcoming third season of  The Wheel of Time , which will premiere on Amazon's Prime Video on  March 13, 2025!  Miss Pike , on her Instagram,   has shared new WOT S3 posters of her character including one she signed (last poster below) for the early fan screening of TWoT that was held last week.
