Today  ( March 26th ) is the  two-time   Academy Award ®  Nominee  (for  Best Actress performance  of her   iconic role,  Elizabeth Bennet  in the  2005 's  Pride & Prejudice   film and  Best Supporting Actress  as  Joan Clarke  for  2014 's  The Imitation Game )  Keira Knightley 's  39th Birthday!

According to THR,  Matthew Macfadyen  and Elizabeth Banks are headed to Peacock. The duo will star in The Miniature Wife, a romantic dramedy that the NBCUniversal-owned streamer has ordered straight to series. From creators, showrunners and exec producers Jennifer Ames and Steve Turner (Boardwalk Empire), the series is based on the short story written by Manuel Gonzalez. Miniature Wife is described as “a high-concept marital dramedy examining the power (im)balances between spouses, Lindy (Banks) and Les (Macfadyen), who battle each other for supremacy after a technological accident induces the ultimate relationship crisis.” Banks (Pitch Perfect) and Macfadyen (Succession) also exec produce alongside Media Res’ Michael Ellenberg and Lindsey Springer. The series was taken out to streamers earlier this year and ignited a bidding war before landing at Peacock with the sizable straight to series pickup. Nearly two decades since the theatrical release of Pride & Prejudice (2005) film, its cast has had mini reunions throughout the years not just working together again in other TV or film projects, they also have worked together on stage and see each other on various public events (ie. movie premieres, awards shows, etc.). Though it’s rare to see some of them reunite in public events (I remember being disappointed in 2015 when Keira and Rosamund were both in attendance in so many awards shows and pre/afterparties during awards season and not a single interaction nor a reunion photo was taken of them…as if they don’t know each other or ignoring each other, while their peers had reunions left and right…makes you wonder what happened to their close sisterhood and friendship after P&P…), but it’s always great when they do.  With the very recent mini reunions of  Rosamund Pike  and  Carey Mulligan   and Carey with   Matthew Macfadyen , I thought I’d compile here all the mini reunion
