Lionsgate just released the first TV Spot titled  Epic Finale for  The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 2 ( Donald Sutherland   as President Snow  and  Jena Malone   as  Johanna Mason  co-star)   for director Francis Lawrence 's final installment of the THG franchise . The new TV spot was shown during a baseball World Series Game the other day. It is one minute long, which featured yet another quick (for the 4th time...blink and you'll miss it) glimpse of Jena 's Johanna Mason character (in which she actually says, "now you're talking" when Katniss talked about taking down the Capitol) and a bit more on  Donald 's President Snow . In the conclusion, Panem has gone to war, Katniss Everdeen ( Jennifer Lawrence ) and President Snow ( Donald   Sutherland ) have come to their final confrontation. Tonight, The Enfield Hunting   starring  Timothy Spall  and Matthew Macfadyen with Juliet Stevens in a three-part series concludes with Episode 3 ( The Reckoning ) at 10 pm on A&E . Matthew plays a character named  Guy Lyon Playfair , a skeptical but experienced investigator. The spooky drama first aired last Sunday,  May 3rd, 2015 in the UK's Sky Living . In limited release in theaters today is Focus Features ' Suffragette film starring Carey Mulligan , Meryl Streep , and  Helena Bonham Carter , lead the cast of the powerful drama about the fight for equality in early-20th-century Britain.  The film opens in US Theaters in limited release today, October 23rd (and hopefully, will expand in more screens soon after). The UK trailer for the upcoming P&P parody , Seth Grahame-Smith 's Pride and Prejudice and Zombies film starring Lily James ,  Sam Riley ,  Bella Heathcote , Douglas Booth , Jack Huston and Matt Smith was released last October 9th and today the longer US trailer was released by Sony.   Screen Gems/Sony will release PPZ in US Theaters on February 5th, 2016 . Today ( October 17th ) is Matthew Macfadyen 's 41st birthday! Matthew , best known to us P&P Fans as Mr. Darcy  (forever) of the 2005 Pride & Prejudice film , was born David Matthew Macfadyen in Great Yarmouth, Northfolk, England, UK in 1974 (41 years ago today!). Happy Birthday Matthew Macfadyen!!! (Mr. Darcy!) October is not only Matthew Macfadyen 's birth month (his birthday is next week, October 17th! ), but he has two new TV mini-series : The Enfield Haunting (with Episode 1 , which premiered last night) and The Last Kingdom airing all month long in both A&E and BBC America . Tonight, the upcoming   8-part drama series  The Last Kingdom premieres with Episode 1 at 10 PM ET/9c on BBC America. The Last Kingdom is an adaptation of  Bernard Cornwell ’s best-selling series of novels “The Saxon Stories” , by award-winning writer  Stephen Butchard , and will premiere this month ( October 10th ) on BBC AMERICA. Finally showing in U.S. Theaters and IMAX today is Pride & Prejudice director Joe Wright 's new fantastical origin film titled, Pan starring Hugh Jackman , Rooney Mara , Amanda Seyfried , Garrett Hedlund , and Levi Miller . A few new stills of Matthew Macfadyen 's upcoming new film, The Trapp Family: A Life of Music has been released via the film's German website . Matthew as Captain Georg von Trapp , the patriarch of the von Trapp family is featured in some of the new stills (above and below). It opens in Germany next month, November 12th . The final Season 6 of Downton Abbey   ( Penelope Wilton co-star as Isobel Crawley ) recently premiered in the UK in ITV channel last September 20th . I haven't posted here much about Season 6 (other the Season 6 cast photo and UK/US trailers ) as it's not airing in the U.S. on PBS Masterpiece until January 2016 . I don't want to spoil the final season 6 for my fellow American fans and myself...so in the meantime, I'll try to stay spoiler-free here. Today ( October 1st ) is the 34th birthday of Emmy Award Nominee Rupert Friend (aka P&P 05 's own Mr. Wickham ). Rupert Friend was born October 1st, 1981 in Oxfordshire, England, UK. Rupert is currently seen in US Theaters with his latest film,  Hitman: Agent 47 , in the title role and  on TV weekly in the 10th - time Emmy Award and 5-time Golden Globe winning drama series Homeland ( Season 5 ), which will premiere on Sunday, October 4th  at 9PM  ET/PT on Showtime .   He plays agent Peter Quinn , which he scored an Emmy Award nomination  for Outstanding Guest Actor .  Rupert , officially joined  Twitter (in 2013):  @rupertfriend  and blogs on  WhoSay .  He's on Facebook   too.
