First Photo of Matthew Macfadyen as Georg Von Trapp in 'The Trapp Family: A Life of Music' film!

As previously posted here last week (April 7th), I wasn't sure if this was true, but I'm happy to say, it's no longer a rumor because it's now confirmed that Matthew Macfadyen is, indeed, starring in The Trapp Family: A Life of Music film. He just started filming as reported by the Dutch newspaper article (The Telegraph) last week and the first photo of him as Georg Von Trapp with co-stars Yvonne Catterfeld as Maria and Eliza Bennett (yes, you read her name right...looks like we got Mr. Darcy & Miss Eliza[beth] Bennet reunited here...well, sort of...lol. J/K...just the actress with a cool and similar name... to our dear beloved P&P heroine Elizabeth Bennet...) as Agathe Von Trapp has just been released today (via this German site: Kurier/Courier and photo by: Jan Betke - Clasart Film).

See the full first photo of MM and co-stars as the Von Trapps and more movie, cast, and filming info. below...
