My top 10 Favorite Darcy Moments 

(well...at least for the moment, until my next viewing...)

What are yours?  I could say all, but then I won't have anything specific to talk about here, lol. I know, I know... it was very hard for me to even pick just one let alone 10 favorite Darcy moments (and make a collage of those scenes/moments at the same time too) 'cause I love pretty much every scene and every moment he appeared on screen (doesn't everybody? lol), but I must say I love, love, love these 10 Darcy moments (yes, even his flexing hand had a moment, lol) in the 2005 Pride & Prejudice film.


My Top 10 Favorite Darcy Moments
1. Darcy striding towards Lizzie in the misty morning! (Just before The Second Proposal scene)
2. Most definitely when he said to Lizzie, "You have bewitched ME body and soul...and I love, I love, I love you. And never wish to be parted from you from this day on." (The Second Proposal scene)
3. His unexpected "I love you. Most Ardently." line to Lizzie (The First Proposal/Rain scene)
4. Darcy's rare, unexpected, and genuine smile when he introduced his sister Georgiana to Lizzie (Pemberley interior scene)
5. When he held Lizzie's hand to help her get inside the carriage (Leaving Netherfield Hall scene)
6. His flexing hand after his first touch moment with Lizzie (Leaving Netherfield Hall scene)
7. When he surprises her and asked, "May I have the next dance, Miss Elizabeth?" just before their first and only dance scene in the film (The Netherfield Ball scene)
8. His awkward/fiddling his gloves moment with Lizzie at Hunsford pre-lude to his first proposal scene in the rain (The unexpected visit of Darcy at Hunsford/Collins home scene)
9. Another unexpected, little smile from Mr. Darcy (After the Second Proposal scene)
10. When Darcy elbowed the rude Mr. Collins, lol... (at The Netherfield Ball scene)
