Renowned Pianist Jean-Yves Thibaudet to perform at 20th Anniversary Pride & Prejudice Ball!

Focus Features has announced today that renowned pianist Jean-Yves Thibaudet of Pride & Prejudice's original motion picture soundtrack (which will be released in vinyl format late next month, June 27, 2025) will take the stage at the upcoming 20th anniversary Pride & Prejudice Ball (taking place May 22 in Pasadena, CA) and perform some iconic music including the Oscar nominated score, “Dawn” and more from the film’s timeless soundtrack.

'Pride & Prejudice Country' Pride & Prejudice (2005) film stars Keira Knightley , Matthew Macfadyen , Brenda Blethyn , Donald Sutherland , Tom Hollander , Rosamund Pike , Jena Malone , and Judi Dench . Travel to destinations featured in Pride & Prejudice Movies are often an inspiration for travelers, especially when the location is as beautiful as the English countryside. The fact that the East Midlands region of England was used extensively for location filming for Pride and Prejudice is especially fitting given that Jane Austen drew on the Derbyshire landscape for some of her most descriptive passages in the novel.
