Photos: Three official stills of Carey Mulligan in 'Far From The Madding Crowd'

As previously posted here, Carey Mulligan, started filming Far From The Madding Crowd last last September. Then, recently, UK's Daily Mail has posted the first look of Carey as the main lead character Bathsheba Everdene on set as she was spotted filming a scene. Now, Empire Online has released a few new official stills from Far From The Madding Crowd featuring Carey Mulligan as Bathsheba Everdene.

Look out, too, for Gabriel Oak (Matthias Schoenaerts), a sheep farmer smitten by her charms, and Frank Troy (Tom Sturridge), an equally lovestruck soldier. 

Adapted by One Day novelist David Nicholls, Far From The Madding Crowd is the story of an independent, beautiful and headstrong woman who attracts three very different suitors: the stolid Oak; the handsome and reckless Troy; and William Boldwood (Sheen), a prosperous and mature bachelor.

The film is slated for a 2014 release. Michael Sheen, Matthias Schoenaerts, Tom Sturridge, and Juno Temple also star.
