Movie News: Keira Knightley and Carey Mulligan to co-star in 'Never Let Me Go'?
According to aceshowbiz, Keira Knightley has just signed up to star in a new sci-fi thriller Never Let Me Go and will be co-starring alongside with her P&P co-star, Carey Mulligan (aka Kitty Bennet).
Keira Knightley is going to shed off her period look in "The Duchess" with a modern one as she has been picked-up to star in sci-fi thriller "Never Let Me Go". While her exact role in the movie is yet to be disclosed, the awards-nominated actress will be joining "Lions for Lambs" actor Andrew Garfield in the new thriller for Fox Searchlight.
Beside sharing screen with Garfield, the 23-year-old will also team up with her "Pride and Prejudice" co-star, Carey Mulligan. She is going to act under the direction of "One Hour Photo" helmer Mark Romanek when the film starts lensing in April in London and Norfolk, England.
From the script written by "28 Days Later" scribe Alex Garland, "Never Let Me Go" revolves around a trio who grew up in a boarding school with no contact or knowledge of the outside world. One day, they discover that they are actually clones grown for the sole purpose of organ donation. The movie will be produced by Andrew Macdonald, Allon Reich and Garland.
